So today, Wednesday, February 22 is the 1st day of Lent.
What is your lent promise?
During the lent season, I typically fake the idea of withholding something from myself in order to loose weight. It never works.
THIS year I decided to ADD something to my routine. I am ADDING exercise. For the 40 days of Lent I will do 20+ minutes of exercise daily.
Today I did 28 Wii Fit minutes...so thatmeans like 40 minutes of exercising and choosing my exercises. I did some yoga, aerobics and strength training. I feel like I got a good workout and that is what counts.
